Paintings are hand painted by me with watercolour and will be 3.5×2.5 inches in size. Paintings will be the full scene, meaning I paint right to the edges of the paper and include grass, sky, etc. Frame ornament is included. After you’ve placed your order, please email a photo of the house to contact@brushedbyrach.com with your order number in the subject line.
Portrait orientation works best for taller homes (e.g. two-storeys) and landscape tends to work best for bungalows.
The fine print: Must be a house portrait - no pets or people can be added on due to size constraints. Custom portraits are non-refundable. All portraits will be completed and shipped prior to December 15th to ensure delivery before Christmas.
